A two component, metallic aluminium pigmented High temperature air drying coating system, formulated with recently invented polymer which can sustain temperatures upto 1000 0C.

Application Procedure and Other Details
Mixing |

The paint is supplied in two separate containers Pack (A) and Pack (B). Shake well both the containers before use.
Mix the components in proper ratio by uniform Stirring. Once the components are mixed, it must be used within working pot life period. |

Surface Preparation
- All surfaces to be coated must be perfectly cleaned. The presence of oil grease, dust, rust, etc. on the surface will not give satisfactory result.
- Oil grease should be removed by either wipe out method or solvent/emulsion degreasing method
- Rust, scales and other deposites on the metal surface should be cleaned by abrasive blast cleaning method or by using wire brushes or abrasion tools.
- DO NOT APPLY ANY TYPE OF PRIMER OR SEALER ON THE SURFACE
- The paint should be applied directly on the surface. It can be recoated any number of times to increase the film thickness.
- The hard dry time (Air dry) of the paint is 24 hours but it can be dried hard within one hour by stoving at 120 0C.
